At AIliving.com.au we like to supply good quality and value price furniture to our customers to satisfied with your purchase.
We recommend you read our Warranty and Refund Policy prior to you placing order from AIliving.com.au, so you are clearly with our policy on refunds, warranty and also your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please inspects any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from Supreme store immediately, to ensure the goods is in acceptable condition.

Change of Mind
Please select carefully as refunds are not provided where you have changed your mind, made a wrong purchase or not match your product. We recommend you carefully preview your order before proceeding with your order.
In the event that the Customer cancels any orders subsequent to dispatch by us to the Customer (regardless of whether or not said order has been delivered to the customer yet), we will credit the Customer for the total products’ value less 30% of restock fee on return in original condition of the items ordered provided such return is within 7 days of dispatch. Freight charges will not be credited. Refunds will be processed within 3 days.
Deliberate damage or Accidental damage or staining from incorrect cleaning methods or products
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact our firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. AIliving.com.au will arrange to have the damaged goods returned and either arrange for a replacement of the goods. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals. However we are not cover the damaged during customer picking up and transit back to home.
We will re-charge delivery fee and reschedule delivery date if customer can not take delivery on the date that we confirmed with customer day before. For change of mind return will be at customer cost. Extra charge applies on non-standard deliveries (eg. upstairs delivery or package taken)
Unless agreed in writing by the issuance of a Goods Return Authority from us no goods will be accepted for credit after dispatch. No goods will be accepted for credit if the goods are found to be tampered with or damaged.
The Customer shall be liable for all delivery and insurance charges incurred in respect of returned goods.
Whatever you purchased from online or store, our staff member will assist you with any return or repair. This may include inspecting the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement.
Goods must be returned within a reasonable time, that may different from product to product. You may be provided with an indicative repair time, which time may different due to reasons beyond ours or the repairer’s reasonable control, such as parts availability and incorrect fault description.
You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, if goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or where your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s warranty do not apply. We may provide you with an quotation fee, which fee may vary due to reasons beyond our control.
In some circumstances, goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
If any goods cannot be easily returned to us AIliving Showroom, due to their size, the fault or because they have been affixed or installed in your premises, please contact email@example.com and we will arrange an inspection to assess the goods.
